What is your Return Policy?

At Grand Leisure Living, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@grandleisureliving.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

With unmatched quality, durability and versatility, the Elite System is perfect for accommodating large gatherings that need impressive audio and visuals to complement the event.

Despite its size and durable, puncture-resistant material, the Elite Series outdoor theater system is easy to manage. The Elite outdoor movie screen sports a removable surface for cleaning, allows rear projection, and comes in sizes only available to this series.

Featuring durable construction and engineering along with the excellent audiovisual equipment, your outdoor theater is an investment in your community that will last for years to come.

Working in tandem with your state-of-the-art Cinebox™ audiovisual console and speaker system, you’re sure to delight your guests with vibrant sights and sounds. Our Elite outdoor movie systems come in 20, 25, 30, and 40-foot sizes.

Each of our systems can be equipped with packages that will enhance your specific viewing needs, including 3D and gaming usage.

ELITE SYSTEM FEATURES

  • The Elite cinema package boasts a state-of-the-art inflatable Elite Screen, high definition LED projectors, two rack-mountable film festival-grade Blu-ray players and 12-channel mixer, etc. Latest MacBook Pro M4 laptop, with weather protective shell and silicon keyboard cover.

  • The Elite Screens are puncture proof, wrinkle-free and will not deflate. Made in the USA, all Elite Screens come with a three-year warranty. Elite Screens come with our Standard Front Only projection surface. Luminance: 0.9 on-axis.

  • Custom outdoor systems are available for a wide range of environments and audience sizes. Depending on your venue, the Elite System can be customized to come with a screen capable of both front and rear projection. Additionally, we offer a standard or super quiet generator to assure clean quality power you can rely on. FM transmitter can be availed for drive-in style events.

  • Projector is by industry leaders in large-venue projectors, with optional projector lenses, brightness of up to 15K lumens and 3D options.

  • 8 x 1600W (each) and 4x 2000 W (each)  portable active speakers for powerful, bone-rattling quality sound. Speakers are be combined with 2 active subwoofers  for that heart-pounding sound.

  • Elite Extras: multi-screen monitor previews, advanced HDMI video switcher, wireless Shure microphone, padded protective case for projector and extension power cables, 2 x air blowers (one for backup), screen repair kit, Event Producer's Tacklebox.

  • An in-depth on-site training comes standard to ensure your team will have years of worry free use out of your outdoor cinema system.
